Bailout: For Automakers and the Rest of Us

The times are indeed difficult. The Big Three (Ford, Chrysler and GM) are asking the government for a bailout. Sales have not been that strong, and cash flow is draining fast.

There is not much different between the case of the automakers, as that of ourselves. Times are tough now, perhaps, more than they had ever been before. Almost all are financially challenged--regardless of who we are and what we do. All are affected.

An interesting article at personalmoneystore.com talks about The Personal Bailout Plan--similar to what the big automakers are asking. The article presents the idea, that if these automakers are afforded a bailout, then a mere nobody should be able to get one for himself.

It is valuable, than ever before, that individuals learn to be financially wise. There is no other way to do this but to learn: study, practice and by keeping on learning.

This is my personal quest--that I enrich myself with knowledge to make more money.

Money and Finances

We are in difficult times. Gone is the time when money is easy.

Even the big automakers are having their days hard. They are asking for a federal bail out. Business is not that good anymore. There are even sectors that see it impossible for these automakers to come back to profit, even after a bail out.

For ordinary people like us: it will not be that different. As these big businesses go down, and as many more are also experiencing the same financial difficulties--we will be having our own difficult days, if we haven't been in one so far.
